Ingredients: Sugar, Shea butter, extra virgin olive oil, Coconut Oil, Vitamin E, mica powder, and poppy seeds. 

How to use: Using the small spoon scoop out the body scrub and put in the palm of your hand. Begin to massage the scrub onto wet skin unto dissolved, rinse with warm water, and pat dry.
